Yes! Our monthly packages include the initial website design and build, within limits. Each package includes a certain number of pages for the website. Additional pages can be created at an additional fee. These website designs are custom but do not include advanced website coding needed for certain advanced features. Website coding can be quoted separately.

We always add Google Analytics to a website, but the analytics pages can be very difficult to interpret. We provide access to a special Dashboard that displays your Analytics in an easy-to-understand way.

SEO, or Search Engine Optimization is a fancy term that means the website is designed in a way that helps get the website to rank higher (show up more easily when people search for it). Our basic package includes basic, key on-page design to optimize search engine results.

Our advanced maintenance package includes up-to-date tricks and methods, including basic keyword research, to ensure that the website is doing what is needed to get noticed by Google.

Advanced SEO includes advanced methods as well as seasonal keyword research to keep your website as Google friendly as possible!

Our packages include a certain number of hours per month that can be booked to do editing on your website. These edits may include things like uploading new photos or changing some text. This helps keep the website active. No content creation is included and all content must be provided by the client. It does not include the writing of a blog but does include uploading the text and photos to a blog post.

All editing must be scheduled in advance to ensure that deadlines can be met. Office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. Work that needs to be done outside of office hours, over weekends, or on public holidays, will be charged separately at an after-hours rate

No problem, additional hours can be booked at an additional fee. We offer a discounted hourly rate to all our SLA clients. 

The editing hours included in each package reserves your time in the queue every month. However, these hours do not roll over to the next month. 

This includes the setup and configuration of certain storefronts – like WooCommerce, ECWID, and Shopify. It can also include up to 10 products to be loaded to the store as well as training to load more. This does NOT include shop management (also sometimes referred to as store or e-store management) – the client is still responsible to manage the store (Don’t worry, we’ll give you training so you know exactly what to do).
